Wills

We believe it is important for everyone who owns assets to have a will which
provides how those assets will devolve on death and provides for appointment of
an executor. Where the testator is survived by minor children, the nomination and
legal appointment of a guardian is recommended. We make sure that all legal
formalities applicable to a valid will are adhered to. We recommend that your will
be reviewed at least every three years or more frequently if your personal
circumstances change (e.g. divorce or married).
