Trusts are one of the tools of estate planning. Trusts are used as inter vivos trusts
and testamentary, and are necessary for the protection of minor beneficiaries, the
protection of assets against creditors and for minimizing estate duty. We are able
to attend to all formalities in the formation and registration of the trust with the
Master of the High Court.
